A good consultation gives us the opportunity to understand each other, which results in a perfect collaboration. We make sure that your precious property on the Costa Blanca South is in good hands.

Your keys are safely and carefully stored by us. This includes the safekeeping of three sets of keys, as well as the alarm badge and/or garage remote.


The keys are managed for purposes such as:

Cleaning supplies in a bucket: spray bottle, cleaner, sponge, glove.

CLEANING


The pricing for cleaning your property is tailor-made. Rates may vary and are determined during our initial meeting.


Our cleaning approach

The property is cleaned both inside and outside, the beds are made, and everything is prepared for a comfortable holiday stay.


For each property, we kindly ask the owner to provide
two sets of bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT


Upon the tenant’s arrival, we take care of the following:
Before the tenant’s departure, a first inspection is carried out and the keys are collected. If any damage is identified, we will contact the owner immediately.


Check-in from 4:00 PM
Check-out until 10:00 AM 

Airport transfer

The transfer to or from Alicante or Murcia airport costs €70
for up to 4 people, including luggage.

Extra hours

For deliveries and technical services, we ensure presence at and access to the property. This service is charged at €20.


For a second key delivery (in case of loss or being locked out), a fee of €50 applies.



If a locksmith needs to be called, payment is made directly on site.


GROCERY SHOPPING

Groceries can be arranged on the day of arrival for you or your tenant.
This service is charged at €20 plus the cost of the groceries
